By accessing or using Vectura Vault, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.
2. Account Registration
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.
- One person may not maintain more than one account.
3. Marketplace Rules
For Sellers:
- You must own or have legal rights to all content you upload.
- Projects must be functional, well-documented, and accurately described.
- Pricing must be fair and consistent with the value provided.
- You may not upload malicious code, copyrighted material, or misleading content.
For Buyers:
- Purchased projects are licensed for personal or commercial use unless stated otherwise.
- You may not redistribute, resell, or share purchased projects.
- All sales are final unless the product is materially different from its description.
4. Payments & Fees
- All payments are processed securely through Cashfree.
- Vectura Vault retains a 15% platform fee on each sale.
- Creators receive 85% of the sale price.
- Payouts are processed on the 1st of each month for the prior month's earnings.
- Minimum payout threshold is $10.00.
5. Intellectual Property
Creators retain full ownership of their uploaded content. By listing a project on Vectura Vault, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display, promote, and distribute the project through our platform.
6. Prohibited Activities
- Attempting to circumvent platform fees or payment systems.
- Creating fake reviews or manipulating ratings.
- Harassing other users or engaging in abusive behavior.
- Using automated tools to scrape or extract content.
- Violating any applicable laws or regulations.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Users may delete their accounts at any time through profile settings.
8. Limitation of Liability
Vectura Vault is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform.
